Shula is the principal of Carmel School in Perth. Prior to that she was Deputy Principal and Head of Jewish Studies (Secondary) at Leibler Yavneh College. Shula has a Master of Education (Gifted and Talented), a Diploma of Education and a Bachelor of Economics. She has also completed senior education and leadership programs at both the Hebrew University and Harvard University.  Beginning in 2022, Shula will be the new principal of Leibler Yavneh College.
