Motti completed high school at Leibler Yavneh College before spending a year studying in Israel at Yeshivat Har Etzion. While studying Commerce at Monash University, Motti was a Madrich and then Merakez at Bnei Akiva. He went on to work at Mount Scopus College for 10 years in informal Jewish education and in the middle of 2017, moved on to start a company called Real Response where he is currently the CEO. Motti is married to Carly and has 3 beautiful children Micah, Rafaela and Nessa.
